Unfortunately we don't cover stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking number status is delivered.

SHIPPING MATERIALS 

 

We ship 100% plastic-free! For packaging and shipping, we use only recyclable & compostable materials, including cardboard, paper tape, crinkle paper, and packing paper to make sure your products arrive safe and stay tight during transport. 

 

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO SHIP ORDERS

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. 

We ship via USPS, so once your order ships, you can typically expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days. 

Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive, as carriers work to deliver high shipping volumes, due to Covid-19. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 

 

Shipping carriers are experiencing a much higher volume of packages than normal this year and it is resulting in global shipping & supplies delays. Although our small team is working hard to hand-pack all orders to ship out in time.

 

Unfortunately, any delays in transit that occur once your package is with the carrier is out of our control. As much as we wish we could speed up transit times, it's out of our hands! We know how important holiday gifting is to loved ones and we encourage you to do your shopping a little earlier this year and give the carriers some extra time to complete delivery.

 

Recommended send-by dates for expected delivery before December 25:

Place by 12/10 will arrive by 12/23-12/24

Place by 12/15 will arrive by 12/23-12/24

ORDER STATUS

 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed (keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on holidays).

When you sign up for a subscription, your order will be sent out each  month on the day selected on your account on the website. Please give 1-3 business days for processing. 

The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to us.
