Butter Bits are a powerful skincare solution for irritated and extra dry skin. Only organic medicinal plants are used to infuse the different oils. Each ButterBit variety is customized to heal specific skin ailments, such as Chamomile, to remedy eczema and Retinal for softening lines and wrinkles.
All ingredients are organic, with no additives or preservatives.
We use Candelilla wax, which is a vegan replacement for the usual Beeswax in solid lotion bars. We even decided to skip Mica, as it is a mineral that could potentially be harmful, if absorbed in large amounts through the skin. Instead, we use plant-based dyes.

There is something very satisfying about smushing Butter Bits in between your fingers, kinda like popping bubble wrap ( or a perfectly ripe zit. Ew! ) Shaking the Bits out of the perfectly sized opening in the pillow box is fun!
There is no need to get freaked out about the whitepowder on the Butter Bits being something nefarious. It's cornstarch, white rice powder and colloidal oatmeal ( oat flour) sifted with essential oils, usually lavender. This anti-inflammatory and sun blocking powder mix absorbs any greasiness left behind by the butters and oils.
Each little Bit stays clean and protected, essentially "wrapped" in nutrient packed powder.
